Anarock reports 36% revenue increase in FY24

Property consulting business and retail real estate specialist Anarock reported a 36% year on year revenue increase in the 2024 financial year to total Rs 566 crore. The business plans to continue to invest to maintain its growth trajectory.

“We will penetrate more key markets this year with a vastly amplified services bouquet,” said Anarock’s vice chairman Santhosh Kumar, India Retailing reported. “The Indian economy continues to exhibit strength and will certainly support our targeted growth. However, we bank even more strongly on our constantly improving technology suite and, of course, the best real estate teams in the business.”
 
Anarock reported a revenue total of Rs 416 crore in the 2023 financial year. The business reported that all of its business verticals contributed to its growth in the 2024 fiscal year including its launches across India’s top seven cities. Kumar described the 2024 financial year as a “phenomenal year” for Indian real estate and is confident of continued growth.
 
The business is keen to continue its growth momentum in the 2025 financial year and plans to increase its employee base to achieve this. At present, Anarock counts over 2,200 employees across both India and the Middle East.
 
Anuj Puri launched Anarock in April 2017. The business works in residential, commercial, and retail real estate, including shopping malls.
