VIP Clothing Ltd witnessed a 130 percent rise in net profit to Rs 6 crore for the quarter ended June 30, as against Rs 2 crore in the year-ago period.
The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 6 percent to Rs 54 crore, as against Rs 50 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
“Our unwavering commitment to fortifying our brand’s position in the market has yielded impressive results. Despite the prevailing economic uncertainties like delayed consumer purchase, elevated inventory, and raw material cost, we managed to steadily grow, reflecting the strength of our brand equity and the demand for our products,” the company said in a statement.
“Our comprehensive brand strategy, combined with effective marketing initiatives, has enabled us to maintain a competitive edge and capture a larger share of the market,” it added.
