Vedant Fashions Ltd reports Q3 net profit of Rs 158 crore

Vedant Fashions Ltd, the parent company of Manyavar reported a marginal increase in net profit to Rs 158 crore ($18.3 million), as against Rs 157 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The company’s revenue for the quarter rose to Rs 511 crore, as against Rs 474 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

During the quarter, the company’s retail footprint presence increased by 50 k sq ft net retail area and total retail presence stands at 1.75 million sq ft as on 31st December 2024.

Vedant Fashions opened 2 exclusive brand outlets for its luxury occasion brand Twamev in the quarter.
“During Q3 FY25, retail sales grew by 9 percent as compared to Q3 FY24. The SSSG grew by 2.6% as compared to Q3 FY24. The continued to report industry leading gross margin percentage of 67.3% and PAT margin of 30.9% in Q3 FY25,” Vedant Fashions said in a statement.

“During the third quarter, the company witnessed strong recovery in tier 2, 3 cities,” it added.

Vedant Fashions is engaged in manufacturing and retailing of readymade ethnic wear for men, women and kids under the brand names Manyavar, Mohey, Mebaz, Twamev, and Manthan.
