Menswear brand The Bear House has reported 180% revenue growth over the past three years and expects this trend to continue. The business is eyeing reaching an annual run rate of Rs 500 crore by 2027.
The Bear House has a current annual run rate of Rs 150 crore and is focused on scaling its business, the Economic Times reported. The direct to customer business reported a revenue total of Rs 91 crore in the 2023 financial year which represented significant growth compared to its 2022 financial year revenue total of Rs 26 crore.
“Our aim is to make style accessible and a daily reality for this customer base,” said The Bear House’s co-founder Tanvi Somaiya, ET Retail reported. “We are committing to elevating tastes and leveraging modern solutions in the menswear space, all while maintaining an affordable price point.”
The Bear House retails a range of smart casual and casual western wear and its signature shirts feature a bear silhouette logo. The brand mainly caters to Gen Z and millennial shoppers.
The Bear House Private Limited was registered at the Bangalore Registrar Office in 2017 and retails from its dedicated e-commerce store. The brand also retails on a number of multi-brand e-commerce platforms including Myntra, Nykaa Man, Fynd, Ajio, and Tata Cliq.
