Fine jewellery brand Malabar Gold & Diamonds has launched its first brick-and-mortar outlet in Latur to demonstrate its commitment to expansion in the state of Maharashtra.
“We are thrilled to launch our first-ever store in Latur,” said Malabar Group’s chairman M P Ahammed, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “This marks the beginning of a promising relationship with the people of Latur and reinforces our commitment to Maharashtra.”
The new Latur store measures 4,500 square feet and is located at Sawe Wadi on M G Road. As its 24th store to date in Maharashtra, the outlet brings Malabar Gold & Diamonds’ West India regional store total to 36.
The store houses Malabar Gold & Diamond’s brands such as Ethnix Handcrafted Jewellery, Mine Diamond Jewellery, and Era Uncut Diamond Jewellery. The store’s ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by Ahammed as well as the chief guest Shrimati Vaishali Vilasrao Deshmukh.
The brand has also launched a range of new Polki jewellery designs for its traditional style brand Viraaz, the business announced on Facebook. The new collection, launched in time for the Spring wedding season, features statement chokers, earrings, and rings in bright, bold hues.
