Shoppers Stop’s value fashion format Intune has opened its seventh store in India to date in Vijayawada. The family-oriented store is located in the city’s Trendset Mall and offers local shoppers a selection of men’s, women’s, and children’s wear.
“After a brief break, we are back with store seven – this time in a new city,” wrote Intune’s business head Devang Parikh on Linkedin. “Trendset Mall, Vijayawada – welcome to the fast-growing family that Intune now is! We are ever eager to listen to you and to make us better for you.”
Clothing in the new store retails from Rs 199, catering to shoppers looking for trend-driven designs at affordable prices. Intune was launched by Shoppers Stop this year to tap into the rising demand for affordable, branded clothing both online and in physical stores. The brand competes with Tata Group’s retail chain Zudio and Landmark Group‘s Max Fashion among others.
Trendset Mall is located in Vijayawada’s Kala Nagar and houses labels including Home Town, Jockey, New U, AFC, and Pantaloons among others, according to its Facebook page. The shopping centre also houses a cinema and food court with cafes including Masala Hut and Momo Mama among others.
