New Delhi based beauty brand Ibaeuty has expanded its product offering tailored to the needs of brown skin with its latest launch. ‘Gulabo’ is designed to mix skincare with beauty to address inflammation while giving a pink tint and is marketed as a gender neutral product.
“Liberated from the confines of gender-specific beauty standards, Ibaeuty is a shining example of inclusivity,” said the brand’s founder Manya Nayar, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “Understanding that all genders and skin types represent flawless beauty, Ibaeuty’s products like ‘Gulabo’, have been tailor-made to go beyond conventional limits and provide a comprehensive combination of skincare and makeup. It’s enhanced with peptides to satisfy the skin’s collagen diet, reduce inflammation, manage breakouts, and strengthen the skin barrier—all in line with our 50% skincare, 50% makeup approach. We aspire to set new standards for beauty and inclusivity.”
Gulabo’s ingredients include Brazilian Acai oil, carrot seed oil, Hyaluronic Acid, and chamomile oil. The sheer tint’s skincare ingredients address common issues like breakouts and skin elasticity and has launched on Ibaeuty’s direct to customer e-commerce store.
Ibaeuty was conceived during the pan-India lockdowns during the pandemic, in part in response to the growing interest in beauty products amongst male Indians, according to the brand’s website. Ibaeuty is designed to offer a gender neutral approach to beauty while mixing skincare with cosmetics in dual-action products.
