Fashion and lifestyle store Deerika Hypermarket will open a new outlet in Gurugram by next month. The business has leased 20,176 square feet of retail space in the Elan Miracle development for the outlet
“We are thrilled to have Deerika Hypermarket onboard with us at Elan Miracle as well in Elan Town Centre which is expected to be operational by next month,” said Elan Group’s vice president of leasing Prashant Vashisht in a press release. “In a short span, Deerika Hypermarket has established itself as a household name. We are confident that this addition will further make Elan Miracle and Elan Town Centre Gurugram’s go-to shopping and leisure destination.”
Elan Miracle is located by the Dwarka Expressway and measures a total of 758,807 square feet. The development is designed to act as a retail hub and Deerika Hypermarket will join brands including Pantaloons, Zudio, House of Believe, and Masti Zone in the development.
Deerika Hypermarket has also leased a second plot measuring 10,008 square feet in real estate development business Elan Group’s Elan Town Centre at Gurugram’s Sector 67. The store is scheduled to open by mid-August.
In February this year, Deerika Hypermarket opened a store in New Delhi’s Pacific Premium Outlets mall in Jasola. The store houses a wide range of clothing for men, women, and children, as well as electronics, luggage, home décor, and footwear among other products.
The business announced at the time that it plans to open 25 more stores by the end of the 2023 calendar year. Deerika Hypermarket launched in 2020 and, as well as its Jasola store, the business also runs three other outlets in Delhi NCR.
