Womenswear retailer Cover Story has opened its third brick-and-mortar store in Mumbai to date. Located inside the metro’s Phoenix Market City mall in Kurla, the new store retails the brand’s selection of trend-driven western wear.
“We are delighted to launch our third store in Mumbai,” said a spokesperson for Cover Story in a press release on September 14. “Cover Story’s aim is to keep up with the always changing fashion trends, enabling its customers to build a wardrobe for every mood and occasion, and with our new store, we aim to target discerning consumers in Mumbai, who love to stay up-to date with the latest fashion trends without compromising on the quality.”
The store is designed to offer an immersive shopping experience and has a bright, modern style interior. In order to draw footfall, the store opened with a range of promotional offers for shoppers including 50% on select summer styles.
In-store, shoppers can browse a selection of Cover Story’s dresses, tops, tees, denim, and bottoms. The brand aims to translate global fashion trends to suit Indian tastes and retails casual, party, and work wear.
Cover Story launched in 2016 as part of Cover Story Clothing Limited. The business is owned by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited and its design studio is located in London, UK.
