Cosmoprof Asia and Cosmopack Asia celebrated its 26th edition after a four year hiatus, surpassing expectations and reaffirming their status as the premier gathering for beauty professionals, industry insiders, and innovative brands in the Asia-Pacific region.
The exhibition, held in Hong Kong, witnessed participation from over 2,400 exhibitors representing 44 countries and regions, with 90% of them coming from outside Hong Kong, filling 118,900 square meters of show floor space.
This year’s event welcomed 65,582 visitors from 119 countries and regions, reflecting a 64% increase compared to the 2019 edition in Hong Kong. Notable increases were recorded from key Asian markets, including China, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. European attendance remained robust, underscoring the event’s consistent appeal to international audiences.
Cosmopack Asia featured global players from the supply chain, including companies specializing in ingredients, machinery & equipment, packaging, contract manufacturing, and private label. Meanwhile, Cosmoprof Asia showcased the most innovative branded finished products for retail and professional distribution channels.
Enriching the international appeal of the exhibition, this edition featured 17 region and group pavilions, including Australia, Mainland China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye, and the USA.
The exhibition was not only a showcase of products but also a hub for international buyers. Cosmoprof Asia 2023 welcomed over 400 senior executives from 45 countries and regions, with 200 selected as Elite buyers representing C-level executives. The AI-driven Match&Meet platform facilitated meetings throughout the four-day show, connecting suppliers and companies with shared interests.
