Citykart Retail strengthen footprint with its 100th store in Bihar

Citykart Retail, a value fashion retailer has strengthened its footprint with the opening of its 100th store in Bettiah, Bihar. The store was inaugurated by actor Akshara Singh.

The store will house an array of clothing options and accessories alongside household items. This milestone store is the brand’s second in Bettiah and 35th in Bihar.

Commenting on the launch, Vikas Jodhani, cluster manager Bihar at Citykart Retail in a statement said, “We are elated to open the doors of our largest-ever shopping mall in Bettiah, Bihar, to the public. This marks a moment of pride for us as it highlights our rapid expansion and growth. This store is a significant milestone in our mission to bring fashionable and affordable clothing to the residents of tier-II and tier-III and IV cities in Northern India.”

Citykart has been on an expansion spree this year and plans to raise around Rs 100 crore ($12 million) to further fuel its expansion plan to reach a store count of 300 stores by 2026.
