Bollywood celebrity Salman Khan’s apparel brand Being Human has named his niece Alizeh Agnihotri as the new face of its recently launched womenswear collection. Agnihotri stars in Being Human’s new campaign alongside Khan.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Alizeh into the Being Human family,” said Being Human Clothing’s CEO Sanjeev Rao, India Retailing reported. “She embodies the spirit of the millennial, and we’re excited to see her shine as the face of our Women’s Collection.”
Alizeh Agnihotri is the daughter of Salman Khan’s sister Alvira Khan and her husband Atul Agnihotri. The 23 year-old is set to make her acting debut in upcoming film Farrey, the Hindustan Times reported.
Being Human’s new womenswear collection features a mix of casual and trend-driven pieces including denim separates and quilted jackets. The youthful line has a muted colour palette and western wear aesthetic.
“Collaborating with Being Human has felt extremely wholesome,” said Agnihotri. “It is a privilege to be a small part of a brand that stands for something larger: love.”
Being Human launched in 2012 with the aim of helping to fund ‘Being Human – The Salman Khan Foundation,’ a charitable organisation led by Khan. The brand today counts over 80 retail locations across India as well as over 500 retail touch points and is available online on multi-brand platforms including Flipkart, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and Amazon India among others.
