Aldo has a sixth address in Mumbai: Malad

Footwear brand Also has opened its sixth brick-and-mortar store in the Mumbai metro area in Malad’s Inorbit Mall, bringing its pan-India store total to 68. The new outlet focuses on the Canadian brand’s handbags and fashion accessories product lines. 

“We are excited to present the opening of Aldo’s latest store at Inorbit Mall Malad, Mumbai,” announced Apparel Group India Private Limited on Linkedin, sharing photos of the store’s inauguration. “This is the brand’s ninth store in Mumbai and the 68th store in India.”
 
The ‘Aldo Accessories’ store launched with Aldo’s Spring/ Summer 2024 collection which includes a wide range of monogrammed and floral printed women’s handbags. The store also retails a selection of quilted handbags and backpacks, tote bags, summer hats, fashion jewellery, eyewear, wallets, and gift items among others. 

A large digital screen on the store’s façade features images of brand ambassador and Bollywood celebrity Janhvi Kapoor and the store’ interior features a monochrome colour scheme. Aldo retails in India with Apparel Group India Private Limited, the Indian arm of UAE-based retail giant Apparel Group. 
 
Aldo first launched as a footwear brand in 1972 in Canada. Today, the label has retail touch-points across the globe including in a wide range of large Indian cities such as Pune, New Delhi, and Ahmedabad among others.
