Harfun achieves 400% CAGR, projects GMV of Rs 100 crore for FY26

Men’s workwear brand Harfun has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 400% in its first three years of operations. The Gurgaon based direct to customer brand has projected a gross merchandise value of Rs 100 crore for the 2026 financial year.

“Our commitment to quality and performance has not only resonated with our customers but also helped us build a loyal following, with a massive 70% repeat purchase rate reflecting their trust in our offerings,” announced Harfun’s CEO and co-founder Saurabh Agrawal in a press release. “This anniversary is beyond just a milestone, but a testament to our dedication to constant innovation and exceptional customer satisfaction. Over the past few years, we have experienced tremendous growth, strengthened by our brand loyalists. As we look ahead, we’re excited by the opportunities in the rapidly evolving corporate sector.”

Harfun has crossed the 250,000 customer mark and aims to reach 100 million wardrobes by 2035. The brand has a current annual run rate of Rs 50 crore and a monthly run rate of Rs 4 crore and expects to conclude the 2025 financial year with a revenue total of Rs 25 crore. 

“Three years ago, we identified a significant gap in the men’s workwear market– a lack of functional yet sharp options that catered to the evolving needs of modern professionals,” said Agrawal about the brand’s inception in 2022. “We embarked on a mission to redefine workwear with innovative, science-backed fabrics and tailored designs… With our continued focus on excellence, we are ready to lead the charge in shaping the future of professional attire.”

Initially focused on athleisure, Harfun today retails science-backed men’s workwear, made with performance textiles. The brand next plans to launch experiential stores in Delhi NCR and expand into Dubai.
