Bharatpe appoints Nalin Negi as CEO

Bharatpe has elevated Nalin Negi to the position of chief executive officer of the company. Negi had joined the company as the chief financial officer in 2022 and took over the reins as interim CEO following the exit of Suhail Sameer in 2023.

In his new role, Negi will be responsible to lead the company into its next phase of development, driving innovation to empower merchants across the country.

Commenting on the appointment, Rajnish Kumar, chairman of Bharatpe in a statement said, “His extensive experience in the fintech industry and the growth witnessed for Bharatpe under his leadership, makes him a natural choice to lead the company. Founded in 2018, BharatPe has a network of more than 1.3 crore merchants across more than 450 cities.
