Senco Gold and Diamonds, a leading jewellery retailer has entered the digital space with the launch of its inaugural virtual showroom ‘Sencoverse’ on the metaverse.

Customers can access the ‘Sencoverse’ through their digital devices and begin their virtual jewellery exploration that currently showcases a diverse collection of over 100 jewellery products.

The digital showroom offers a 360-degree view of jewellery pieces in 3D detail and interactive functionalities for zooming in on intricate details.

Additionally, the showroom provides a ‘Try On’ feature that leverages augmented reality technology, allowing customers to virtually try on jewellery items.

Commenting on the launch, Suvankar Sen, CEO of Senco Gold in a statement said, “The introduction of Sencoverse signifies a significant stride in our digital transformation voyage and our dedication to providing our esteemed customers with exceptional and hassle-free shopping experiences. Senco Gold has 136 retail showrooms of which 75 are company owned and 61 are franchised. The business has a retail network across 13 states with majority of its stores located in West Bengal where it is based.
