Bella Casa Fashion Q1 net profit jumps 30 percent to Rs 2 crore

Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited reported a 30 percent rise in net profit to Rs 2 crore ($2,40,784) for the quarter ended June 30, as against Rs 1.5 crore in the year-ago period.

The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 6 percent to Rs 47 crore, as against Rs 44 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Commenting on the results, Saurav Gupta, director of Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited in a statement said, “Our performance in Q1FY24 is a testament of our capabilities and sustainable demand for our products. We have skilfully leveraged our core strengths to acquire new customers and received incremental orders from our existing customers in apparel segment. We also achieved better product realization in home furnishing segment.”

“We believe on the back of a strong and resilient domestic economy and upcoming festive season the demand momentum will sustain in the market and we are on track to benefit from these growing opportunities,” he added.

Bella Casa Fashion is one of India’s largest manufacturers and distributors of home textile products and designer ethnic wear. It has a network of 80 authorised dealers/wholesalers and reaches out to around 3,000 retailers across the country.
