VIP Industries Limited ha elevated its chief financial officer (CFO), Neetu Kashiramka as the managing director designate, effective August 15, 2023.
Kashiramka will continue to perform the role of CFO with the company, she will additionally take the responsibility of a managing director Designate till 13th November 2023.
She will take over as the managing director and chief financial officer of the company with effect from 14th November 2023, subject to shareholder’s approval.
Kashiramka had joined VIP Industries in April 2020 as CFO and was recently appointed as executive director of the company.
Neetu Kashiramka is a qualified chartered accountant having over 26 years of post-qualification experience. She has previously worked in senior roles at Greaves Cotton Limited, Kewal Kiran and Jyothy Laboratories Limited.
