Tata Group’s value fashion and lifestyle brand Zudio has leased a 22,000 square foot space in Gurugram’s open-air complex Reach 3 Roads in Sector 70. The Gen Z-focused brand will soon open at the address to expand its retail presence in the city.

“Our choice of location for Reach 3 Roads was based on the recognition that Sector 70 is where the future of Gurugram lies,” said Reach Group’s founder and chairman Harinder Singh Hora in a press release. “The region is continuously evolving and has much to offer, making it an ideal choice for a neighbourhood high street. We have also curated a diverse tenant mix and created a dynamic and thriving environment. Furthermore, we are committed to delivering personalised assistance to our tenants and customers, catering to their every need, be it queries, events, celebrations, or community engagement.”

The new Zudio store will house its menswear, womenswear, and accessories in trend-driven styles. Fashion, beauty, and accessories brand Misbu has also leased a space in the mall measuring 2,500 square feet for its upcoming store.

“I believe that creating a neighbourhood centre requires meticulous planning,” said Singh Hora. “It is essential to recognise the potential of emerging markets and the community’s needs to develop a centre that caters to their requirements. Strategic planning determines the layout, size, tenant mix, and brand diversity. At Reach Group, we execute every task with utmost thoughtfulness and foresight, much ahead of its time.”

Reach 3 Roads is a construction project by Reach Group. The mall houses brands including Samsung, Imagine, Croma, ICICI, and Starbucks.
