Woodland opens store in Kanpur’s Z Square Mall

Outdoor footwear brand Woodland has opened an exclusive brand outlet in Kanpur in the city’s Z Square Mall. The new outlets retail Woodland’s smart and casual ranges of footwear, clothing, and accessories. 

“Woodland is now open on [the] first floor, Z Square Mall- come check it out,” announced the mall on Facebook. The brand joins other fashion and lifestyle labels in the mall including Asics, Bagline, Chumbak, Nike, Being Human, Puma, And, W, Madame, and Adidas among others. 
 
The store has a glass façade and warm, wooden interior. Along with Woodland’s signature outdoor footwear, the store also retails a selection of formal leather shoes for men and women as well as more fashion focused collections of boots, sandals, and handbags to cater to a wide range of shoppers. 

Z Square Mall is located in the centre of Kanpur snd is built on a land parcel of five acres with 900,000 square feet of built-up area housing over 150 Indian and international brands, according to the mall’s website. Designed byM/S Hafeez Contractor, the mall is open every day and features complimentary high-speed wifi for visitors. 
 
Woodland’s parent company is Aero Group which has operated in the outdoor footwear industry since the 1950s. The business was established in Quebec, Canada and first entered the Indian market in 1992, according to the brand’s website. In India, Woodland retails through its over 600 brick-and-mortar stores, over 5,500 multi-brand outlets, and direct to customer e-commerce store.
