Womenswear brand Odette has reported fivefold revenue growth from its launch in 2020 to date and has projected 25% year-on-year revenue growth in the 2024 financial year, fuelled by category expansion and a focus on both direct to customer and business to customer retail.
“We are expecting a great FY23 closing and are gearing up for even greater innings in 2024 with an expected growth of 25% in revenues from FY23 to FY24,” said brand founder Mamta Roy in a press release.
The brand has deepened its market penetration by evolving into a business to customer and direct to customer retail model and expanded its product categories to span both ethnic and fusion wear. Klub has acted as Odette’s financial growth partner and provided equity-free funding through five rounds of revenue-based financing.
“Odette has truly emerged as a pioneer in the realm of women’s fashion, reshaping the industry with its commitment to providing a comprehensive 360-degree solution to the diverse fashion needs of Indian women,” said Klub’s co-founder and CEO Anurakt Jain. “At Klub, we are thrilled to be Odette’s growth partner on this transformative journey and look forward to continuing our exciting partnership.”
Odette is also focusing on marketing initiatives and customer relations to fuel its next round of growth, according to the label. Odette has stabilised its return rate at 12% and is directly connecting with its customers through email, WhatsApp, and social media with the aim of building lasting relationships.
