Home furnishings and sleep solutions brand Wakefit has reached a brick-and-mortar store total of 100 and opened an exclusive brand outlet in New Delhi’s Kirti Nagar neighbourhood as it continues to expand across India.
“I am pleased to share that Wakefit has officially launched its 100th store at Kirtinagar, Delhi,” wrote the business’ vice president of retail Dibyendu Panda in a post on Linkedin. “In the past year alone, we’ve opened 65 plus new stores and expanded to 40 major cities across India, with a retail footprint of more than 3.4 lakh square feet.”
Wakefit crossed the Rs 1,000 crore revenue mark with a total of Rs 1,017 crore in the 2024 financial year, India Retailing reported. The business also reported earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation profitability during the previous fiscal. Wakefit aims to maintain double digit growth in the 2025 financial year while continuing to expand with an omni-channel strategy and broadening its product offering.
“Our offline retail channel now contributes 35% plus to the organization’s revenue, having grown by an astounding 100% plus year on year,” wrote Panda. “We’ve proudly served over 3 lakh customers in this short span, showcasing the impact of our commitment to bringing quality products closer to every Indian home.”
