Twamev launches first store in Hyderabad

Occasion wear brand Twamev has launched its first brick-and-mortar store in Hyderabad. Located in the city’s Banjara Hills, the large-scale franchise store houses a wide array of men’s and women’s traditional wear. 

“Hyderabad as a city was chosen for its dynamic fashion scene and diverse customer base,” said Twamev’s CEO Raghav Agarwal in a press release. “Its rich cultural heritage and strong appreciation for traditional attire inspired us to bring Twamev to the people of Hyderabad. We believe that true elegance lies in embracing one’s individuality.” 
 
The store has a warm, spacious interior with curved lines and illuminated display areas for accessories. For men, Twamev’s new store offers a wide selection of sherwanis, kurtas, jackets, and Indo-western designs. For women, a broad range of lehengas, sarees, gowns, and tailored suits are displayed in a plethora of colours. 

The store also features wedding and bridal wear, strategically launching ahead of the autumn wedding season. A ‘wedding knot’ sculpture at the entrance to the store further emphasises the brand’s wedding wear collections. 
 
Twamev’s brand name is derived from a Sanskrit phrase which translates to ‘You are the one’. The label opened its first store in Bengaluru in July this year and aims to expand its brick-and-mortar footprint across India.
