Tiesta collaborates with Nikhil Thampi for footwear line

Footwear brand Tiesta has collaborated with designer Nikhil Thampi to launch a collaborative collection of statement heels for the festive season. The brands have also released a promotional video starring Bollywood celebrity Vani Kapoor. 

“This partnership was born from a shared vision of creating products that reflect our essence and values- a unique blend of standout elegance and ethical craftsmanship,” announced the brand in a press release. “After numerous discussions and countless hours of work during the pandemic, the products underwent a rigorous three-year testing phase and are now poised to grace the red carpets in the form of a highly exclusive capsule collection, encompassing five unique designs.”
 
The collection’s launch video appears on the homepage of Tiesta’s e-commerce store and sees Vani Kapoor model a range of sultry high heels against a dark backdrop. The collection has a colour palette of black and gold and is designed to mix ethical craftsmanship with “daring sophistication,” according to the brand. The footwear line has launched on Tiesta’s e-commerce store and can also be purchased through Instagram. 

Entrepreneurs and sisters Janvi and Helly Jogatar launched Tiesta as a handcrafted footwear line which mixes traditional craft techniques with a youthful, modern aesthetic. The brand is known for its platform bridal sneakers and customisable designs.
