The Souled Store opens new outlet in Kerala’s Calicut

Apparel brand specialising in streetwear and licensed merchandise The Souled Store has opened its first brick-and-mortar outlet in Kerala’s Calicut (Kozhikode) city. Expanding the brand’s retail presence in the southern state, the store is located in Gokulam Galleria Mall. 

“One stop for Marvel and DC Fans as the first ever Souled Store in Kerala now open at Gokulam Galleria Calicut,” announced Gokulam Galleria Calicut on Facebook. The store has a bright red façade with an illuminated brand logo, featuring The Souled Store’s ghost like mascot. Inside the store, the brand’s extensive selection of character goods and official apparel merchandise is displayed in a bright, modern style space. 
 
“Kerala’s first The Souled Store now open at Gokulam Galleria, Calicut,” wrote Gokulam Galleria Mall’s marketing department head Noufal A Hamza on Linkedin. The brand joins labels including Jockey, Pantaloons, Puma, Malabar Watches, W, Basics, and Sugar Cosmetics in Gokulam Galleria Mall.

The Souled Store is based in Mumbai and retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store as well as its over 22 brick-and-mortar outlets in cities including Mohali, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mumbai. The brand was launched in 2013 and retails clothing featuring characters from the franchises of Harry Potter, Power Puff Girls, Marvel, DC, and Disney among others.
