Women’s ethnic wear brand TCNS Clothing Company has joined forces with e-commerce solutions business Unicomerce to streamline its omni-channel operations through Unicommerce’s integrated post-purchase technology stack.
“In today’s fast-evolving market, it has become imperative for us to have omni-channel capabilities to be able to offer excellent customer satisfaction,” said TCNS Clothing Company’s e-commerce business head Shivaprasad Eregowda in a press release on April 2. “We are a technologically focused brand and Unicommerce’s technology has demonstrated impressive results throughout our long-standing partnership. Its omni-channel capabilities will help further strengthen our potential to serve our customers and enhance their shopping experience across all online and offline channels.”
TCNS Clothing Limited was already utilising Unicommerce’s multi-channel order management and warehouse management system for its online orders. By integrating Unicommerce’s omni-channel technology, the business aims to ameliorate online to offline order fulfilment for its labels W, Aurelia, and Wishful by merging all online and offline sales channels.
“India’s retail industry is evolving and as more and more brands continue to adopt omni-channel technology, they are not only able to streamline their operational processes but are also enhancing the post-purchase experience for their end consumers,” said Unicommerce’s CEO and managing director Kapil Makhija in a press release. “Our long-term relationship with TCNS is a testimony of our great product and we are thrilled to provide our omni-channel technology to seamlessly power their online and offline operations.”
