Taneira launched 20 new stores in 2023 as part of omni-channel expansion

Women’s ethnic wear brand Taneira opened 20 new exclusive brand outlets across India in 2023 in locations including Patna, Hyderabad, and Vijayawada among others. The Tata Group brand is focusing on bringing its designs to more shoppers in both metro and non-metro locations. 

“This year marked an exhilarating journey for Taneira,” announced the brand on Facebook. “We expanded our footprint, adding 20 stores across cities to our tapestry of elegance and tradition. We’ve woven our presence into the vibrant landscapes of the North, South, East, and West, spreading the magic of the six yards of elegance to every corner of the country. Join us as we continue this exciting journey, bringing the finest pieces of weaves closer to you!”
 
The new store addresses include on Ghod Dod Road in Surat, Turner Road in Mumbai, Kankarbagh and Suguna More in Patna, Sarjapur in Bengaluru, Kukkatpally in Hyderabad, MG Road in Vijayawada, and Sector 17 in Chandigarh among others. Each store opened with an inauguration ceremony and many were decorated in a festive style to celebrate their launch. 

In 2024, Taneira plans to continue to expand its brick-and-mortar presence across India. The brand also retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store which is will also continue to bolster as part of its omni-channel expansion plan.
