Menswear brand Snitch has partnered with AI-powered e-commerce solutions business EcoReturns to automate and reduce its returns by using technology and facilitate an enhanced customer experience.
“We are bringing in a lot of technology, including AI, to improve and make the processes efficient,” said Snitch’s founder Siddharth Dungarwal, India Retailing reported. “EcoReturns has been instrumental in our journey to elevate customer satisfaction while optimising our operations.”
The direct to customer brand is working on reducing its return rate from its e-commerce store to both reduce wastage and cut down on costs. EcoReturns’ solutions include automating both the return and exchange process to make it more seamless. Snitch is targeting processing approximately 20,000 shipments each day during the timeframe of one work shift. The brand aims to achieve this by harnessing technology to ameliorate and speed up its operations. This is part of its long-term growth plan to increase its top-line.
Snitch launched in 2019 as a business-to-business apparel retailer then later expanded into business-to-customer trade. The brand previously announced that it expects to report a revenue total of Rs 250 crore for the 2024 financial year following its total of Rs 110 crore in the 2023 fiscal.
