Sportswear brand Skechers has collaborated with Signpost India for a campaign for its new cricket shoe series that commenced with the launch of 3D Bus Shelters in Mumbai.
The unique installations in 3D elements crafted with real fabric included a massive pair of 15-foot cricket shoes which toured Mumbai before being installed at one of Mumbai’s iconic bus shelters at Azad Maidan.
During this month-long campaign, Skechers has worked with Signpost India to advertise on its OOH media platforms across the top metros of India.
Commenting on the partnership, Haseeb Syed, chief planning officer at Signpost India Ltd in a statement said, “We are proud to blend creativity with functionality to craft experiences that resonate with the spirit of urban engagement in one of the most widely played sports in India, with a history spanning over 300 years.”
“This collaboration with Skechers is a testament to how a bus stop advertising can evolve into an interactive exposure, especially in a city that lives and breathes cricket. The float, which showcased across bustling streets has gained huge traction on social channels,” he added.
Skechers cricket shoe collection is endorsed by Indian cricket team players Yastika Bhatia and Ishan Kishan. It is available for purchase on the brand’s website and retail outlets across India.
