Sai Silks Kalamandir Ltd to enter silver jewellery segment with Rasamayi

Ethnic wear brand Sai Silks Kalamandir Ltd has expand its product portfolio with its entry into the silver jewellery market in India.

Sai Silks will launch its ethnic jewellery and accessories brand named ‘Rasamayi’ on March 20.

The brand’s silver jewellery range will include bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings, and many other items.

“The Board of Directors of Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited at their just concluded meeting have discussed and approved for entering new segment of silver jewellery under the brand of Rasamayi which deals with trading of various kinds of silver jewellery items,” the company said in a statement.

“Further, we wish to inform you that aforesaid new silver jewellery segment is funded by company internal accruals and not with the IPO funds,” it added.

Sai Silks Kalamandir is one of south India’s leading ethnic wear retailer with 59 brick-and-mortar stores in states including Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.
