Rocky Star to showcase at London Fashion Week

On September 16, Rocky Star will showcase its latest collection titled ‘Damned Soul- An Eruption’ at St Johns Church in London, UK as part of London Fashion Week. The showcase is presented by Fashion Week & The City.

The showcase will launch Rocky Star’s spring/ summer 2024 collection on the runway and explore ideas of mental health and blending traditional craft techniques with modern aesthetics, the brand announced in a press release on September 8. The womenswear collection will include both avant garde and wearable designs with Baroque prints and metallic textiles. With a colour palette of black, burgundy, grey, ivory, and gold, the collection aims to use colour theory to symbolise the release of a dark soul. 
 
“Rocky S has consistently captivated the fashion world with his unique style, innovative designs, and cross-cultural influences,” announced the label in a press release. “His upcoming showcase promises to be a mesmerising fusion of tradition and modernity, making it a must-attend event for fashion enthusiasts.”

Rocky Star made its foray into the international market last year with its showcase at Los Angeles Fashion Week in the US and the brand held a fashion show in Milan, Italy this Spring. In line with this, Rocky Star has also increased its focus on international distribution and dressed global celebrities including Carrie Underwood, Danielle Campbell, and Elle Smith among others. In India, the brand has recently dressed Bollywood celebrities including Malaika Arora Khan, Kangana Ranaut, Manushi Chiller, Nora Fatehi, and Tapsee Pannu among others.
