Reliance Brands Limited opens first Pottery Barn Kids store in India

Reliance Industries’ branded retail arm Reliance Brands Limited has opened the first ever Pottery Barn Kids store in India in Mumbai. Located inside Reliance Industries Limited’s recently opened mall Jio World Plaza in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, the store offers a wide selection of textile goods and interactive services. 

“The first ever Pottery Barn Kids store in India is now here at Jio World Plaza,” announced Reliance Brands Limited on Facebook. “Your child’s home needs all under one roof! The store offers safety-tasted kids’ furniture, nursery chairs and cribs, kids bedding, towels, school gear, and toys.”
 
The store also offers personalisation services on its products as another India first for the brand, according to Reliance Brands Limited. Shoppers can have their baby and children’s textile products monogrammed in the store with the aim of increasing customer engagement. 

Pottery Barn Kids is run by US-based homeware business Pottery Barn which launched in 1999. In India, Pottery Barn Kids retails through a dedicated segment of Pottery Barn’s India website which also offers online design consultations to shoppers. Pottery Barn counts one store in New Delhi and one in Mumbai, in addition to its new Kid’s store, according to the brand’s India website.
