Luxury traditional wear brand Raghavendra Rathore Jodhpur will hold its first fashion showcase in Pune from April 19 to 20 to unveil its Spring/ Summer 2024 collection. The event will take place in collaboration with Studio Rudraksh and is designed to enable the Rajasthan inspired label to connect with the city’s shoppers.
The showcase will take place at Pune’s Ritz Carlton and will feature an array of men’s bespoke and traditional wear, Raghavendra Rathore Jodhpur announced in a press release. The brand’s new collection is designed to blend together Indo-Western elements and cater to the modern Indian man.
“True to our brand’s DNA, the textures and surface treatments in the Spring/ Summer 2024 collection reflect a meticulous consideration for balance, with sharp cuts in silhouette that emulate an effortless grace,” announced the brand in a press release. “This approach not only preserves but also elevates the traditional essence of our classical overtures, making each garment not just a piece of clothing, but a personal statement.”
Designer Raghavendra Rathore launched his eponymous brand in 1994 in India after working for global brands including Donna Karan in the US, according to the brand’s website. Based in Gurgaon, Raghavendra Rathore Jodhpur retails from its direct to customer e-commerce store and its brick-and-mortar stores in locations including New Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai.
