Fine jewellery brand PNG Jewellers has opened its second Nagpur store this month in the city’s suburban district of Itwari. The Pune-based brand enlisted Bollywood celebrity Arjun Kapoor to inaugurate the space.
“The new store promises to offer an unparalleled shopping experience along with a wide collection of jewellery,” said Arjun Kapoor at the store opening, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council reported on its website. Kapoor was joined by brand executives as he opened and toured the new store.
The exclusive band outlet measures 2,500 square feet and PNG Jewellers’ chairman and managing director Saurabh Gadgil and Parag Gadgil were also in attendance at the opening ceremony. The store retails PNG Jewellers’ range of men’s and women’s gold jewellery for both occasion and everyday wear.
“This event signified the fusion of tradition and contemporary style that PNG Jewellers embodies, promising Nagpurites a jewellery shopping experience like never before,” wrote the brand on Facebook, sharing photos of the store opening. “This union of artistry and stardom leads to the beginning of a new era in jewellery elegance in the heart of Nagpur.”
The brand also launched a store in Nagpur’s Abhyankar Nagar with Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari. The 5,000 square foot store retails a wide range of bridal jewellery for the upcoming autumn wedding season.
