OppDoor is a managed services platform for global expansion, according to its new website. The business plans to offer new businesses insights on international markets, taxation and compliance, customer behaviour, third-party vendors, and partnerships to optimise their operations and widen their customer base.

The business is the second entrepreneurial venture for Bansal after launching Flipkart. Bansal exited the Flipkart business fully in 2023 by selling off his remaining stake to the business’ owner Walmart, ET Tech reported.

For OppDoor, Bansal has hired a number of former Flipkart executives to work on the startup, the Economic Times reported. Bansal has also invested heavily in India’s startup landscape, backing close to 80 businesses including Rupeek, Flash, and Bright Champs among others.

“We are a technology-enabled services company with an aim to transform online selling on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, etc,” announced OppDoor on its website. “We help exclusive private label e-commerce sellers achieve their business goals… Join hands with us and let’s transform your private label business.”

The business is registered in Singapore, according to its website. The business has also launched a Linkedin page which lists that it currently counts between 11 and 50 employees.
