Hair and cosmetics salon store chain Naturals Salon has launched a new skin aesthetics brand Star Secrets and has opened a store for the concept in Chennai’s Phoenix Marketcity mall to offer a wide selection of services. The new store shares space with nail brand Nails n Beyond.
“The journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step,” announced Naturals Salon’s co-founder CK Kumaravel on Facebook. “Yesterday we inaugurated our first aesthetic clinic ‘Star Secrets’ in Phoenix mall by a bevy of celebrities… [the] Indian consumer is evolving and asserting simultaneously. To cater to this unique scenario brands need to offer something new without compromising on its core values. That’s why we have kept Naturals as such and came out with a new brand ‘Star Secrets’ which will do everything a normal salon will not do.”
Celebrities and influencers who attended the store opening included Nikki Galrani, Nisha Marimuthu, Athul Yaravi, Sunil Reddy, and Vaibhav Reddy among others. The store launched with a ribbon cutting ceremony as well as a singing and dancing performance by brand ambassador Iyki Berry.
The salon offers services including nail art and nail extensions, hair extensions, lash extensions, brow tinting, chemical peels, reflexology, pedicures, and vitamin injections among others. Naturals Salon was launched in the year 2000 and today counts over 680 salon stores located across India. The business has a target to reach a total of 3,000 outlets by 2025, India Retailing reported.
