Miniso opens new store in Lucknow

Fashion accessories, personal care, and lifestyle brand Miniso has opened a new exclusive brand outlet in Lucknow’s Lulu Mall. The brightly coloured retail outlet offers Miniso’s wide selection of products for both adults and children. 

“Get ready to experience an overdose of cuteness at the newly opened Miniso store at Lulu Mall Lucknow,” the mall announced on Facebook. “Discover a world of adorable treasures and delightful surprises that will make your heart skip a beat!”
 
The store is divided into sections for different product categories including eyewear, handbags, stuffed animal toys, character goods, personal care and makeup items, hair accessories, electronics accessories, and homeware among other products. The store features Miniso’s signature quote “Life is for fun” rendered on brightly coloured walls featuring cartoon characters. 

Lulu Mall Lucknow is owned by real estate and retail business Lulu Group, owned by M A Yusuff Ali, a Kerala-born, UAE-based entrepreneur and billionaire. The business runs a number of Lulu malls in India, including in Kochi, and also runs hypermarket chain Lulu Hypermarket.  
 
Chinese business Miniso opened its first store in India in 2017. Since then, the brand has expanded its retail presence to more than 230 stores in over 120 cities. This summer, Miniso has opened a number of brick-and-mortar stores in India including in New Delhi’s Connaught Place and a store each in terminals two and three of Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport.
