Mia by Tanishq expands in Tamil Nadu with four new stores

Mia by Tanishq has expanded its retail presence in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu with the launch of four new stores on Akshaya Tritiya (a Hindu festival).

Mia by Tanishq considers South India as an important growth market and with the launch of these four new stores across the cities of Chennai & Tiruppur has further solidified in presence in the state.

The stores span a total area of 3,550 sq ft offering a wide range of jewellery pieces in colour stones, gold, diamond, and silver.

Commenting on the expansion, Shyamala Ramanan, business head at Mia by Tanishq in a statement said, “Last year, we unveiled 12 new Mia by Tanishq standalone stores in Tamil Nadu and were super delighted by the overwhelming response. Thrilled by the love we received from the modern young women here, we are opening 4 new stores in Chennai (3), Tirupur (1).

“Our stores are open-format, eluding warmth with its hues of pink and gold and yet is like a treasure chest with over 2000 designs to select from. We invite you to explore our new and all stores as we wish you immense joy, abundance, and prosperity this Akshaya Tritiya,” she added.
