Mumbai-based Luzo, a marketplace for premium salons, spas, and beauty clinics has raised $250,000 (Rs 2 crore) in a pre-seed funding round led by 100X VC.
Angel investors Yash Kotak and Kabir Kulkarni also participated in the funding round.
The company will utilise the funds to expand its network in the premium beauty services space in Mumbai, Delhi, and other major cities.
Additionally, Luzo will invest in scaling its operations, technology development, and enhancement of user experience.
Founded by Anurav Dave, Nikhil Kalwani and Maan Jetley, the Luzo app available is for both customers and beauty services partners.
It counts brands like Mamaearth-owned Bblunt, Femina Flaunt, Tattva Spas, and Jean Claude Biguine Paris as part of its client portfolio.
