Lovechild by Masaba opens first mall kiosk in Navi Mumbai

Designer and entrepreneur Masaba Gupta’s cosmetics brand Lovechild by Masaba has opened its first ever kiosk in Navi Mumbai’s Nexus Seawoods Mall. The makeup and fragrance kiosk launched with the brand’s strategic partner Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited.

“Delighted to share that after a year of incredible online success, Lovechild by Masaba is making its offline debut with the opening of our first brand kiosk at Nexus Seawoods, Mumbai,” wrote Aditya Birla Group’s ethnic wear brand Tasva’s zonal head of business development for west and central India Karishma Bangera in a Linkedin post. “We’re thrilled to embark on this journey, offering a diverse range of high-performing products for people of all ages, skin tones, and cultures. Lovechild is all about celebrating the unique expression of self-love in each of us.”
 
Lovechild by Masaba joins fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands including Go Colors, Vero Moda, Tissot, Kama Ayurveda, Colorbar, and Sugar Cosmetics in the mall, according to its website. By opening a kiosk in a mall, Lovechild by Masaba will be exposed to high levels of footfall with a smaller investment than what is needed to launch a standalone store. This will enable the brand to build an offline customer base and increase brand visibility. 

The circular kiosk features a photo of brand founder Masaba Gupta and a selection of its colour cosmetics and skin products, shown in Bangera’s photos. A segment of the kiosk is also dedicated to the label’s fragrances and a seating area can be used for product trials and makeovers. 
 
Lovechild by Masaba opened its first sampling kiosk in Mumbai airport in partnership with marketing business Adani Digital Labs in December 2023. The touch point gives consumers the chance to try out the brand’s products in Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport’s Terminal 2.
