Lee opens new denim store in Bengaluru

US-based denim and casual wear brand Lee has opened an exclusive brand outlet in Bengaluru. Located on the metro’s Commercial Street, the store launched with the brand’s winter collection and recently launched campaign starring Bollywood celebrity Sara Ali Khan.

“Lee has just opened its doors on the upscale high street of Commercial Street, Bengaluru,” announced Ace Turtle on Linkedin. “Get ready to step into a world where style meets comfort in our latest Lee store. Whether you’re looking for classic cuts or the latest trends, our new store has it all for both men and women.”
 
The new store is designed to have an engaging, youthful feel and incorporates ‘Lee doodle art’ to create a colourful and lively look. Along with its latest collection, the store displays its latest campaigns featuring Sara Ali Khan and musician King. 

In India, Lee retails on a franchise model and has signed a licensing deal with house of brands Ace Turtle, which retails the brand with an omni-channel approach. Ace Turtle also retails brands including Wrangler and Toys ‘R’ Us in the country. 

Henry David Lee launched the Lee brand in Kansas, US in 1889 as a workwear label. The brand is now run by Kontoor Brands, which also markets denim under the Wrangler and Rock & Republic brand names.
