Indian-owned polished diamond and jewellery manufacturer KP Sanghvi has joined the Natural Diamond Council along with diamond business Choron Group and the Del Gatto Diamond Finance Fund. The businesses have joined the Natural Diamond Council to form a strategic alliance designed to take the modern diamond industry in a new direction.
“We as NDC are delighted to establish this forward-thinking alliance with the leading lights of the modern diamond industry,” said the Natural Diamond Council’s CEO David Kellie, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council reported on its website. “Together, we will create opportunities to convey the impeccable values, rich stories, ethical practices, sustainability initiatives and true commitment to transparency that our partners uphold, to both consumers and the trade.”
The KP Sanghvi business was established in 1965 and joins diamond businesses including Shree Ramkrishna Exports, Hari Krishna Exports Private Limited, and Shivam Jewels as a Natural Diamond Council member. By becoming a member of the organisation, businesses can take part in large-scale promotional campaigns which promote natural diamond jewellery.
“KP Sanghvi strongly believes that natural diamonds, with their timeless beauty and emotional resonance, remain an indispensable part of our lives, symbolising love, milestones, and cherished memories,” said KP Sanghvi LLP’s chairman Kishore Sanghvi, the GJEPC reported. “Joining forces with NDC reaffirms our desire to inspire consumers and remind them that every diamond not only carries intrinsic beauty but also a commitment to sustainability and positive societal impact.”
