Kering Beauté has appointed Stéphane Perrault to the role of chief financial officer, according to a LinkedIn post.

A luxury veteran, Perrault joins Kering Beauté from Maison Ferrand, where he serves as group CFO at the French maker of fine spirits, between October 2022 and June 2024.

Prior to that, he served as CFO at La Bouche Rouge, the eco-luxury beauty brand, and at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, on a freelance basis.

From 2016 to 2019, he was CFO Europe, Middle East and Africa and global CFO fragrances at Shiseido.

“I am pleased to announce that I am starting a new position as chief financial officer at Kering Beauté,” said Perrault via a post on his personal LinkedIn page.

Earlier this year, Kering Beauté appointed Alexandre Choueiri as its new president and chief executive officer for the Americas, signaling its commitment to the beauty market in the region.

Amidst a challenging luxury market, beauty stands out as a bright spot for Kering. The Paris-based company is currently prioritising bringing beauty licenses in-house, a strategy already implemented for several brands within the group.

Looking ahead, Kering plans to launch a high-end fragrance range for Bottega Veneta, followed by perfumes for Balenciaga and Alexander McQueen in 2025.
