Fine jewellery brand Kalyan Jewellers has partnered with SaaS platform Sekel Tech and is expanding its digital capabilities. By utilising Sekel Tech’s ‘Hyperlocal Dynamic Engagement Mechanism’, Kalyan Jewellers has increased the ways in which it can connect with its previous customers and reach new ones.
“We implemented the Sekel Tech SaaS platform pilot… very quickly, we were able to track call and form leads and see them through fulfilment,” said Kalyan Jewellers’ CEO Sanjay Raghuraman, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “Previously, such sales attributions were difficult. We now have scaled to more than 1,000 stores and continue to grow.”
By partnering with Sekel Tech, Kalyan Jewellers now has access to a range of digital tools including a store locator function, AI-powered real-time engagement analytics, content distribution, and listing management among others. These functions are designed to encourage customers to discover the brand directly instead of relying on aggregator platforms.
“Consumers trust brand domains over aggregator sites,” said Sekel Tech’s founder and CEO Rakesh Raghuvanshi. “They go to aggregator sites for price and discount discovery, but when it comes to commerce, they prefer brands; domain store sites.
