Luxury fashion and accessories brand Jimmy Choo has launched its new autumn/ winter campaign in India. The campaign focuses on day to night dressing and stars Korean pop star and global brand ambassador Mi-Yeon with model Rebecca Longendyke.
The campaign’s images of Mi-Yeon were shot by Stas Komarovski and its images of Rebecca Longendyke were shot by Mikael Jansson, both, set in Paris, France, Jimmy Choo announced in a press release for the Indian market. The brand aims to evoke a glamorous yet playful spirit with its new campaign which focuses on its ‘Diamond’ accessories collection.
“The eternal elegance of the city serves as the perfect backdrop for the autumn collections narrative of rule breaking glamour,” announced the brand in a press release. “The series of striking images reference the duality of day to night dressing as Mi-Yeon and Rebecca dominate the lens. Each moment is brought to life with a series of short films transmitting the confident energy of the Jimmy Choo house.”
Jimmy Choo was established in the year 1996 and is part of the Capri Holdings Limited global fashion luxury group. The business is publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CPRI. Jimmy Choo is currently led by CEO Hannah Colman and creative director Sandra Choi.
Jimmy Choo opened its first store in India in Mumbai in 2007. The brand retails in India through five stores located across Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Bengaluru, according to the brand’s website.
