“The launch of our first experiential retail store in Mumbai is a significant milestone for IGP,” said IGP’s founder and CEO Tarun Joshi, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. We are eager to offer customers a physical space to explore our diverse range of offerings. This achievement underscores our commitment to innovation and enhancing the user’s gifting experience.”

The store opened its doors to the public at the end of February and will be followed by one store each in Mumbai’s Breach Candy and Vashi neighbourhoods. The stores will house an array of customisable goods for different gifting occasions.

IGP operates as a primarily online gifting portal to offer products such as customisable watches, wall art, flowers, accessories, and personal care goods among others. In May last year, the business launched a Marvel Studios clothing and merchandise line to celebrate its movie ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’.

IGP is headquartered in Mumbai and has over 300 employees spread across its offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Jaipur, Pune, Singapore, and California. The business counts customers in over 100 countries and reported a revenue total of $30 million in the 2020 financial year. The business also acts as the exclusive India partner of floral gifting business Interflora.
