Hidesign opens new store in Goa’s Margao

Premium accessories brand Hidesign has opened a new brick-and-mortar store in Goa to bolster its retail presence in the state. Located in the city of Margao, the state’s commercial capital, the store houses a range of handbags and bags for men and women. 

“Hidesign’s brand new store is now open in Margao, Goa,” announced the brand on Facebook. “We are incredibly excited to connect with each one of you. Visit us and discover our handcrafted leather bags and more.”
 
The two storey store has a white façade with gold lettering and the colour scheme continues into the outlet’s bright, spacious interior. Hidesign’s ‘Rebels’ collection features front and centre in the store along with party, office, and travel designs. 

Towards the end of 2023, Hidesign opened new stores in Coimbatore and Bengaluru. The brand also opened stores in cities including Ranchi, Vijayawada, Chennai, Pune, Kochi, and Mohali last autumn and announced its plans to open more than 100 exclusive brand outlets across India by the coming year. 
 
Entrepreneur Dilip Kapur launched Hidesign in 1978 in Pondicherry as a premium accessories brand. Today, the business retails its products across 23 countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Nepal, Portugal, Kenya, and the UAE among others. The business also counts over 90 exclusive brand outlets.
