Geetanjali Salon opens in Ahmedabad

Haircare store and salon Geetanjali Salon has opened its doors in Ahmedabad inside the city’s Palladium Mall. The store launch was attended by the business’ owner and drew a crowd of shoppers and influencers. 

“With its grand inauguration at Palladium Ahmedabad, Geetanjali Salon gives a new meaning to self-care and pampering,” announced Palladium Mall Ahmedabad on Facebook. “To add to more excitement, Mr. Sumit Israni, the owner of Geetanjali Salon, graced the event with a few other esteemed guests.”
 
Geetanjali Salon has outlets across India in cities including Jaipur, New Delhi, Ranchi, Mumbai, and Lucknow among others. The majority of the business’ stores are located in the Delhi NCR where it has around 20 addresses. 

The business joins a range of Indian and international brands in Palladium mall including Bata, Biba, Celio, Mango, Only, Da Milano, Fossil, H&M, Adidas, Jaypore, and Indya among others. Palladium Mall Ahmedabad is located in Thaltej and is owned by retail giant Phoenix Mills which also runs malls in Indore, Bengaluru, Indore, and Pune among other locations. 
 
Prem Israni and Neetu Israni launched Geetanjali Salon in 1989 in New Delhi’s Green Park, according to the business’ Linkedin page. Geetanjali Salon is now run by the founders’ son Sumit Israni who is a well known hair stylist and acts as the creative director of Geetanjali Salon.
