The Bengaluru-based business has also opened its second store as a medium-sized outlet in Bengaluru’s HSR layout, the brand announced in a press release on September 6. Furlenco aims to bolster brand awareness with its new stores and enable shoppers to see its products in person.

“While the online platform has been instrumental in building our brand, we understand the value of offline touch points,” said Furlenco’s founder and CEO Ajith Mohan Karimpana in a press release. “As Furlenco expands its horizons beyond the confines of a furniture rental brand, we are committed to seize the untapped potential of offline opportunities to scale our operations and propel growth. These stores mark the beginning of our omni-channel approach, aimed at enhancing customer experience and catering to diverse buying habits. At our stores, we believe that experiencing furniture manufacturing is just as important as selecting the perfect piece for your home.”

Furlenco plans to continue to expand with an omni-channel strategy and open more stores across major Indian cities. The brand has delivered to over 2.5 lakh online customers across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
