Business-to-customer shopping fair Fashionista Fashion and Lifestyle Exhibition will hold pre-Diwali exhibitions in Raipur, Bilaspur, and Nagpur this October. The events will showcase premium women’s festive wear by designers from across India.
From October 17 to 19, Fashionista will bring together independent brands and premium shoppers for a fashion fair in Raipur, the event organisers announced on Facebook. The shopping event will take place at the city’s Hotel Sayaji and will feature product categories including women’s traditional and occasion wear, accessories, jewellery, gift items, home décor, and footwear among others.
The fashion fair will travel to Bilaspur for a ‘Fashionavya’ event from October 21 to 22 at the city’s Marriott Hotel. Fashionavya events focus on luxury brands and the exhibition will mainly cater to the city’s affluent millennial shoppers.
From October 24 to 26, Fashionista will take place at the Centre Point Hotel in Nagpur. The event is designed to be a one stop shop for Diwali fashion and gifting, according to the event organisers.
Fashionista Fashion and Lifestyle Exhibition held its first fashion fair in 2008 and the business specialises in bringing premium labels to Tier 2 and 3 cities, according to its Facebook page. The events business is based in Mumbai and has held shopping fairs in cities including Nashik, Jabalpur, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Hubli, and Belgaum among others.
